Buffet Crampon USA, North American distributor of Buffet Crampon Group student, intermediate and professional woodwind and brass instruments, has launched a new “B2B” online business platform for authorized BCUSA dealers.

This new resource provides authorized music retailers with secure access to a dedicated web portal where they can view stock, place orders, and manage the details of their account as an authorized Buffet Crampon USA dealer. This includes viewing the status of existing orders, checking stock on hand, access to B-stock inventory, reviewing invoices and shipping details, and more. All Buffet Crampon Group instruments from 12 brands are available through the platform. The integration of parts and accessories is also in progress and will be available in late 2022.

“We are proud to offer this new resource and service to our dealers to help streamline the efficiency of our business together,” says François Kloc (pictured), president and CEO of Buffet Crampon USA.

The Buffet Crampon USA B2B platform will “go live” in May 2022. Authorized dealers will be sent their secure login information to begin utilizing this service immediately. As an added incentive, dealers will receive a 1% discount on all orders placed through the new platform. Dealers should contact their Division Manager or the BCUSA Customer Service Department for more information.

Buffet Crampon USA is based in Jacksonville, FL and is the North American distributor of Buffet Crampon, Besson, B&S, Antoine Courtois Paris, Hans Hoyer, Julius Keilwerth, Melton Meinl Weston, Parmenon, Verne Q. Powell, Rigoutat, J. Scherzer and Schreiber musical instruments.
