Free Online Masterclass for Retailers Looks at Budgeting & Planning for 2022

As part of its ThinkShop series, The Retail Coalition is offering a free online masterclass on Oct. 26, 2021, called: Retail Budget Season: Planning for 2022. It will be held at 10 am PT/1 pm ET.

The description reads: How do you plan for ecomm demand right now? It's a tough question that has no clear answers. Given the high highs and low lows of ecommerce over the past 18 months, demand planning and forecasting are more difficult than ever. As we head into budget season for 2022, digital retailers will need to think outside the box, and equip themselves with new tools and tactics to grow the business. That’s why the team at ThinkShop by Bolt is hosting a masterclass on Oct. 26 to help you master your 2022 budget planning, while also gearing up for this year’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Panelists will dig into the importance of budget planning from a cross functional point of view. From an enterprise level, Tapestry and Bayer will speak to how to plan for multiple brands. Native Shoes and Nuun Hydration will discuss how marketers need to be in the room to help shape the context of budgets; how to tie in buying, shipping, distribution estimates, and how to bridge the gap across teams. And of course, everyone will dive into: how does digital play a role in all of this?
